Dr. Allyson Bell, BCBA, LBA
Chief Executive Officer
Allyson is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with more than 15 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a Ph.D. in Psychology with an emphasis in ABA. As CEO, she is dedicated to leading the NHTS team with excellence and compassion, ensuring all families in Wichita and the surrounding area have the best services at the right time with the right provider to meet their needs.

Allyson currently serves on the Behavior Analyst Advisory Committee for the Kansas Behavior Regulatory Board, serves as the Adjunct Member Representative for KansABA and was featured in the Wichita Business Journal February 2022 as a Young Professionals in Education.
Nikki Willey, BCaBA, LaBA
Assistant Director of Clinical Programs
Nikki is a Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) with 7 years of experience as both direct and supervisory level staff. Nikki has been working with children impacted by special needs for more than 10 years and is dedicated to ensure each child has everything they need to be successful.

Nikki serves as the Assistant Director of Clinical Programs, helping develop a comprehensive model of services for all families impacted by autism and other special needs.
