Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Allyson Bell, BCBA-D, LBA
Allyson is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Doctoral (BCBA-D) with more than 15 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a Ph.D. in Psychology with an emphasis in ABA. As CEO, she is dedicated to leading the NHTS team with excellence and compassion, ensuring all families in Wichita and the surrounding area have the best services at the right time with the right provider to meet their needs.

Allyson currently serves on the Behavior Analyst Advisory Committee for the Kansas Behavior Services Regulatory Board, serves as the incoming President of KansABA, and co-founded the Kansas Grassroots ABA Provider Advocacy Group. Allyson was featured in the Wichita Business Journal February 2022 as a Young Professionals in Education.
Assistant Director of Clinical Services
Nikki Willey, BCaBA, LaBA
Nikki is a Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) with 7 years of experience as both direct and supervisory level staff. Nikki has been working with children impacted by special needs for more than 10 years and is dedicated to ensure each child has everything they need to be successful.

Nikki serves on the Behavior Analyst Advisory Committee for the Behavior Services Regulatory Board. As the Assistant Director of Clinical Programs, Nikki helping develop a comprehensive model of services for all families impacted by autism and other special needs.
Autism Specialist
Carla Fernandez
Carla Fernandez joins the NHTS team with a Masters in Education, having completed the verified course sequence required to pursue national certification. Carla brings a wide variety of knowledge to the team, but a passion for serving school aged children and their families.

Carla will be working on developing the NHTS School Age Program. serving consumers ages 5-12 with both high and low needs. Over the years, Carla has served the Wichita community in various positions, but in all she has strived to create inclusive environments where everyone can thrive. Through ongoing learning and collaboration, Carla strives to stay at the forefront of evidence-based practices, ensuring that all of our clients receive the highest quality of care.
